Although I have slight hearing loss, getting hearing aids has changed how I can communicate with soft spoken family members etc., listening to tv, music, and other things we take for granted. Lonnie Larson knows his business and helped me make the choices that were right for me. If I have any issues I know I will be taken care of and that’s what you should have when you invest in something as important as yourself and your hearing!

I’ve been working with Lonnie at Hearing HealthCare Associates for a little over a year now. Being 58 years old, I was unsure as to whether hearing aids would help my difficulties in crowded environments, but I have been overly surprised with my results. Lonnie has been persistent and diligent in fine-tuning my Audible hearing aids to the point that I cannot imagine leaving the house without them. This whole experience has been cost-effective and the service outstanding. I paid the initial costs for the hearing aids, and the multiple office visits have been at no additional cost to me. That seems unheard of in today’s business world. I know these hearing aids will not last forever, but I am already looking forward to increased Technology and Lonnie‘s assistance in helping me get the absolute most out of my hearing aids. It truly has been life-changing.

Lonnie and Barb have done a great job helping choose the best hearing aids for me, fitting them and maintaining them. They don’t rush appointments and they are prompt when I arrive. Barb continues to educate me on how to get the most from both the hearing aids and the Starkey supporting app for them. I am delighted with the Edge technology - a big difference from the earlier version. My only regret is that I didn’t get hearing aids 5 years earlier.

This place is awesome they fixed the problem on a elderly guy I took in there for hearing aids not working they cleaned them up and replaced some string looking things charged them up and problem solved and other than charging it took maybe 10 minutes
