Lonnie and Kim were absolutely amazing. Our daughter who is 18 found out she was losing her hearing. They spent the time to explain everything to us and made us feel very comfortable. Working with them has been a life changing experience!

Lonnie & Barb are friendly staff. They have good hearing test equipment. They care about your hearing versus trying to sell you something. 😊 Plus, I was given a "test drive" via a demo pair of hearing aids. That was definitely a "plus"!! Hearing Healthcare appears to be an exceptional business which owns up to their name, "Hearing Healthcare". 😊

No waiting, I got right in, on time. Lonnie was very thorough, he explained every step of the hearing test and what to expect. As sophisticated as the testing equipment & results printout is, he put it in terms I could understand & made the results relatable to my everyday activities. There was no hard sell on the hearing aids & encouraged me to think carefully about what would suit my needs. I would definitely recommend Hearing Healthcare Associates.

After trying a pair of hearing aids online at Hear.com and hating them I had to find a new audiologist since my left and a new place to get my hearing aids. I choose Hearing HealthCare by the reviews and was beyond happy!! I had a thorough hearing test, discussed options and lifestyle and what I needed and I walked out with a pair of new hearing aids and a new place for ALL my hearing needs! Lonnie is awesome. I have been to others for testing and hearing healthcare is so much more thorough. He explained everything the test showed. When it came to the hearing aids they have all the options. Then I had a demo. I did not know what it’s like to really hear. This is a top notch place. I will send everyone here. Here is an update. It all started the first part of June 2025. My thoughts and questions are the same as yours, (Do I really need these? Are they worth the money? Can I buy something for less online?). I was committed after the demo. I had never been able to hear like this in my life. However, a week later I kept seeing ads online pop up and I can buy amazing hearing aids for some as low as 100 each. Obviously the 100-500 dollar hearing aids are probably just amplifiers. I got mine from Lonnie and he set them up. I thought amazing. The next morning I couldn’t hardly stand them the echoes were horrible. I called Lonnie after a couple of days and he got me right in and started working on my hearing. Then after my weekly visits it got better. But my left ear receiver would slide partly out and my right ear was painful when I inserted the aid. When I told Lonnie he went right to work to fix these issues. What it came down to first place a larger dome on the left ear. No more sliding out. I had him hold off on making any change to the pain on my right. A week later the pain still there. Again Lonnie solved the issues. He replaced the receivers in both ear and the domes. The comfort now is- I don’t even know I have them on. Now after almost 8 weeks I I can’t live without them. I know people buying online will not be satisfied with their purchase or just hate their hearing aids because they did not have a professional fit them and adjust every week to get them where you can’t live without them. I am so glad and happy I found hearing healthcare and Lonnie. This has actually been life changing for me. Thank you so much.
